A Simple, But

to accomplish by owning an InXpress franchise.
At the end of your discovery process, given that both parties are happy to proceed, you will join the InXpress Network as a new Franchisee.
The 8-step discovery process begins with a ‘getting-to-know-you’ call with one of our local Development Directors. The purpose of this conversation is to decide whether or not InXpress is a good fit for you and your personal and business goals, and vice versa, what you would bring to the table as an InXpress franchisee.
If both parties decide it’s a good match, our Development Director will introduce you to the InXpress brand, our vision and objectives, as well as the unique value propositions we offer both our franchisees and business customers. At the end of this second conversation, you should have a clear picture of our business and whether you’d like to join us on our mission.
Assuming you’ll continue the discovery process, we’ll send you a short survey. Don’t worry, this is not a test, but helps us gain a better understanding of your personal and professional needs and goals, to offer you tailor-made support and training. Once you’ve returned the questionnaire to us, we will provide you with our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).
Although InXpress is one of the most affordable franchise opportunities in the market today, we understand that not all prospective franchisees have the disposable income available to cover the initial startup costs. Therefore, we will recommend the appropriate small-business finance and lending partners in your area.
As per the Franchising Code of Conduct, our Development Director will talk you through the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) you’ve received earlier, to make sure you fully understand every aspect of our business and the mutual obligations upon signing a Franchise Agreement.
This is your opportunity to meet our executive team and ask the tough questions. We will invite you to our headquarters or connect with you virtually to give you the opportunity to get immersed in the InXpress culture, and the ways in which we support franchisees to create a successful business.
Final Validation and Decision
Once you’ve attended the Discovery Day and received an award letter, the next step will be to complete your final Franchisee and financial validation. This may include securing financing approval and contacting other franchisees for feedback before deciding to officially join the team.
Sign Franchise Agreement
The final step is signing your Franchise Agreement and remit the initial fees. This completes your Dicovery Process, and makes you a member of the InXpress team. Within two days, you will have a call with the onboarding team to schedule your training and plan for a successful launch of your InXpress business.
